WHAT'S UP NOW?!
It's been probably 5 years since I worked out on a regular basis. Prior to this hiatus, I was involved in some form of physical activity on a 5 day a week basis throughout the year for probably 14 years. Needless to say, I have gained weight. Much more weight than I would like to admit. SO - I have decided to take 90 days and completely devote myself to getting back into shape; I want to be fit, slim and more active.
