Yesterday was legs and back workout (+ab ripper x at night), and I must have done an awesome job because my legs are BEAT! I noticed I was able to do a ton more than I could before the break, so that would probably explain it! For example, when jumps are added into squats, I had never done all of them before yesterday! Awesome... it definitely sucked, but I was pretty pumped I could do it. I also did all of the wall sits and one-legged wall sits. Those were also pretty awful.
Another thing I noticed I am now using the highest resistance band, and sitting completely on the floor to maximize resistance - BOOYAH! I literally cannot wait for phase 2 to be over so I can see how much I will progress over this next month. I love it - I don't think I can see myself regressing back into my previous unhealthy lifestyle. It's been 37 days and I haven't felt this good in years.
Also, I need a new brown belt.
